With 20 years of experience in ownership of a successful skilled trade business, Raj Kulathungam has applied his highly recognized business knowledge and skills to create the foundation for Lyonsbrooke Homes.

In mastering the art of home building, Raj formed a highly skilled team led by project manager James Whitehead.

James Whitehead has been in the construction industry for the past 27 years, whereby he established solid relationships with many of the best trades people in Manitoba. James has been involved in the renovation and home building business for the past 27 years.

His experience includes renovations from the ground up of single family dwellings, multi family dwellings and small apartment buildings. In new home building James has general contracted everything from your typical single family dwelling to 4500 square foot Victorian style homes that boast state-of-the-art appointments such as geothermal heating systems.
